Refund Policy
Order cancellation - 24 Hour (Change of Mind)
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Subject : 24 Hour Refund
Email should contain: Name, Order Number & Time of Purchase.

Please Note: Orders that contain priority processing will start the packaging & shipping process much faster, therefore please contact us within 12 hours if you are in this situation.
After Product Has Arrived
Once your order has arrived, you are eligible for a replacement under the 12 month warranty, therefore if the product is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
Then please contact us via email support@thetempacheck.com , Subject "Warranty Product" and provide us with your order number, issue with the product & photo of the issue.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must also send photographs of the products condition as you received it.
The customer is not eligible for a replacement / refund if they are the reason for damage or faultiness.
Shipping Time
We do not issue a refund if:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 12 months of warranty.
